Abstract

This paper discusses an outreach initiative aimed at improving access to inclusive education for children with disabilities in remote and underserved areas of West Nusa Tenggara. Through collaboration between local schools, NGOs, and parents, the program provided teacher training, accessible learning materials, and home-based education services. A qualitative evaluation found increased school enrollment, improved parental engagement, and heightened awareness of inclusive practices among educators. Despite infrastructural limitations, the initiative demonstrated that inclusive education can be promoted effectively through community-driven strategies and cross-sectoral collaboration. The study advocates for scalable models to reduce educational disparities for children with special needs.
